Varsity Baseball Columbus Tournament UPDATE

Columbus has cancelled all baseball tournament games for Thursday. As of right now, they will still try to play Friday and Saturday games. Please check back for more updates.

GP Swim News, By the numbers 2-19-18 Participating at the state level is an honor achieved by very few high school swimmers.  There are over 7000 swimmers in the 5A division from 275 districts. Only the best 24 from the eight regions advance to Austin, Texas.  Only 25% of the High Schools have a swimmer

Powerlifting News 2/17/2018

The following girls competed and did well in the First Annual Beeville Jones meet.  Individually:  Luciana Zamora- Won the 220’s with 1100 total pounds Haley Svadlenak – Placed 3rd with 735 total pounds  Rose Bustos- Placed 2nd and qualified for the regional meet with 635 total pounds All 3 of these young ladies qualified for the Regional Meet

Softball vs Beeville WEATHER CHANGE 2/20/18

Due to the weather the following changes have been made to the softball games today: JV game has been cancelled. Varsity game has been moved to Beeville HS at 6:00pm.   Beeville HS 1902 N. Adams St Beeville, TX 78102  

Tennis News 2/12/2018

  Tennis News Varsity played in the Battle of the Bay Tournament this past weekend and finished 8th Overall out of 16 schools from San Antonio, Houston, the Valley, and locally.  Megan Dodson made it to the finals of a competitive Girls Singles draw of 32.  She came away with 2nd place, while teammate Caroline Miller

Megan Dodson Signs with TLU

Congratulations goes to Megan Dodson as she signed her National Letter of Intent to play Tennis at Texas Lutheran University in the fall.  Freshman Year Varsity Tennis District 30-5A 1st Team All-District Doubles District 30-5A 2nd Team All-District Singles Regional Quarter finalist in Singles Sophomore Year Varsity Tennis District 30-5A 1st Team All-District Singles District

Boys Basketball Cross Zone Game

The boys basketball team will be taking on King High School in a Cross Zone Game. The Varsity boys will be playing for a trip to the UIL state playoffs. Thursday, Feb. 15th @ Moody High School Freshmen @ 5:00pm  Junior Varsity @ 6:15pm Varsity @ 7:30pm Come out and cheer on our Wildcats!!
