Tournament Results 4/1/2017

The Varsity Tennis team traveled to Galveston this past weekend to compete in the Annual Beachcomber Classic Tournament.  39 schools from all 4 regions in the state competed.  10 of our 16 players made it to play in the Semifinals on Saturday.  Overall GP finished in 2nd place out of 39 teams, just edged out by

Tennis Results – 3/21/17

The Freshmen Tennis team won the Tuloso-Midway Tournament yesterday up against 13 other schools.  Final team scores were-  1st place: G-P 90 points, 2nd place: T-M 68 points, and 3rd place Veterans Memorial 40 points.   Individual medalist were: Riley Gano and Caroline Miller– 2nd place in Girls Doubles  Allyson Garcia and Marcos Gonzalez– 2nd place

Tennis News 1/27-1/28/2017

The Wildcat Tennis team competed in the Harold-Wesson Varsity Tournament this past Friday and Saturday at Tuloso-Midway High School. Persevering through two days of temperatures in the 40s and 50s, 30 mph winds, and several hours of rain delays, our team took home the Championship trophy.  There were 18 schools and each division had a full 32

1st round vs. Uvalde                                                                                                       

Tennis Area Tournament

Thursday The Wildcats took on Uvalde in the 1st round of the tournament and won 11-7.  They moved onto the Semi-Finals where they would face Veterans Memorial. In a hard fought battle versus Veterans the Wildcats lost 9-10. Friday The Wildcats bounced back to beat Calallen 10-3.  The Wildcats end their season taking 3rd place
